Policies

You must come to your appointment with no products on your face or eyes. This includes makeup, sunscreen, skincare, products, etc…
If there is a significant but reasonable fallout within the first 2 days of getting your full set, I will top up for free. Anything outside this timeframe is out of my hands.
No shows will be immediatley blacklisted and there is a 10 minute grace period for lateness.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancle your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours prior. Any less than 48 hours and you will lose your deposit.
If you reschedule more than 2 times at the 48 hour mark, you will be blacklisted.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% security deposit must be made in order to secure your booking. This is 50% of your cost for your service, so no extra money is charged.
There will be no refunds.
